Ready to open a Roots B2B account? If you are a new customer and do not currently have an existing account with us, please complete the required forms below.
New customers are required to complete the Customer Setup Form. If you wish to apply for terms with Roots, you must also complete the Credit Application. Once completed, please email the completed forms to b2bsales@roots.com for review and account setup.
